Shipping And Delivery

All orders are carefully packed by me, Jules , here in Wiltshire.

-All orders fully tracked (48 hour)  delivery £3.75 ...sometimes if the item happens to be out of stock  it may take 3-5 working days but more often than not , all items are usually in stock and it will be posted the same day or the very latest the next day . It will state on the website next to the item if there is a delay or if the item was out of stock.

-Any orders over £40 - free delivery.

Bijou By Jules is not responsible for any Royal Mail delays. We send out all our parcels by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked , so once your parcel has been dispatched and then if your order has been delayed , please contact Royal Mail with your tracking number.

All orders will be sent the same day if placed before 11am.

All orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday.

-Standard Shipping international Signed for - £10.00

-Free for all overseas orders over £85

This price does not include any customs duty, local taxes and handling charges that may occur, these will be paid by the recipient.
