Shipping And Delivery

All orders are carefully packed by me, Jules , here in Somerset.

-All orders are tracked 48 hour delivery by Royal Mail (£3.95)  and will be posted,  if not the same day, the following day.

​

Please allow an extra couple of days if it is a custom sized piece you have ordered , for instance,  you have requested a particular sized bangle to be made up.

 

Sometimes if an item happens to be out of stock  it may take 3-4 working days but more often than not all items are usually in stock.

Please Note .....It will state on the website next to the item if there will be a delay .  

-Any orders  in the UK over £50 are free, 48 hour Tracked shipping . 

Once the parcel is sent out you will be given a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Bijou By Jules is not responsible for any Royal Mail delays. We send out all our parcels by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked so once your parcel has been dispatched and then if your order has been delayed , please contact Royal Mail with your tracking number.

 Remember ....If it is a made to order piece or size please allow 1-2 days before it is posted.

All orders placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend will be sent out on Monday.
